"Nice sink, just arrived chipped"
I can’t say I don’t like the sink—it actually looks really nice. But one of the corners was chipped when it showed up, which was disappointing...

"Found something a little different"
I ended up liking this shop more than I expected. Was just looking around at first. Faucets, sinks, all that bathroom stuff. A lot of it had that clean modern look, but not in a boring way. A little character, which is what I wanted. The site was simple to move through too, no big hassle. I found something that actually matched my bathroom quickly.

"Pretty good customer service overall"
I had a quick question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I expected. They were friendly and actually gave me the info I needed without turning it into some whole thing. It did take one extra email to fully clear everything up, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, so... yeah, 4 stars from me.

"Saved Me From Buying a Whole New Faucet"
I have an older Signature Hardware faucet and thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing, which I really didn’t want to spend money on. Luckily, they still had the small replacement part I needed. Ordering was easy, the price was reasonable, and it arrived quickly. I really appreciate that they keep parts available because it saved me money and a lot of hassle. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Solid experience compared to other installs"
I ordered from signaturehardware.com the install went smoother than I was expecting. Compared to a few other fixtures I’ve dealt with, the instructions were actually clear and all the parts were included, which made a big difference. It did take me a little longer than I planned because one step threw me off for a bit, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. Now that it’s in, it looks great, and I haven’t had any issues so far...

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect…"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with my order from signaturehardware, but it ended up being packed really well. There was plenty of padding, nothing was rattling around loose, and the box actually looked decent when it arrived. Everything made it here without a scratch, which was a relief. Maybe I worry too much about stuff getting damaged in shipping, but it was just nice to open the package and not immediately assume something was broken.

I ended up having to return a faucet because, of course, it didn’t fit my setup once I actually tried to make it work. The return process itself was straightforward, so I wasn’t sitting there totally confused or anything. But I did find myself thinking, “Okay… where’s the label?” and then later, “Any update on the refund yet?” It just took longer than I expected. Customer service did reply to my emails, which I appreciated, but the responses weren’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those things where it could’ve been a little smoother and faster.

"Nice faucet, but a bit of a wait"
I ordered a bathroom faucet and, yeah, it does look really nice now that it’s here. The thing is, shipping took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. Customer service was okay, I guess — not bad, but nothing that really stood out either. Overall, it’s fine, just not something I’m totally excited about.
